Privacy Policy
What data AI Effect Studio uses for accounts, uploads, payments and videos.
Account data
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile image. When you register with email, we store your email, name and a securely hashed password. We use this data to create your account, verify your email and keep sign-in secure.
Photos and videos
Photos you upload are stored privately and used only to generate the videos you request. They are deleted automatically after 7 days. Finished videos are visible only to your account and are deleted after 30 days, or earlier when you delete them in My videos.
Service providers
To generate a video, your photo and the effect's fixed reference media are sent to Kie. For effects with a soundtrack, the generated video and that soundtrack are sent to fal to merge audio; your original photo is not sent to fal. Cloudflare hosts the application, database and file storage. Stripe processes payments. These providers process data under their own policies.
Payments
We keep payment IDs, the pack or plan purchased, amount, currency and status. We never receive your full card number.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember your language. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand page visits. We never send uploaded photos, generated videos or payment details as analytics data. See the Cookie Policy.
Your choices
You can delete videos at any time and delete your account from Settings. For access, correction or deletion requests, email support@aieffectstudio.com from your account email. Do not send passwords or card details.
